Saturday, April 11 - Stability in Motion
Balance and stability aren't things that just fade with age — they're trainable. In this workshop, you'll practice the specific movements that build a stable foundation: core engagement, hip control, and the kind of stability that keeps you upright and confident whether you're walking on uneven ground, navigating stairs, or simply moving through your day without thinking twice about your footing.
No experience necessary. Come ready to move.
Saturday, April 18 - Training Like an Athlete After 60
Being an athlete doesn't have an expiration date. What changes is how you train. This workshop is for people who've always been active and refuse to stop — but recognize that what worked at 45 isn't working the same way at 65. You'll explore how to train with intensity and purpose in a way that's appropriate for your body right now: building real strength, protecting what you've built, and continuing to push without breaking down.
This isn't about slowing down. It's about training smarter.
Saturday, April 25 - Getting Comfortable on the Floor
For a lot of people, the floor becomes unfamiliar territory at some point — something to avoid rather than use. This workshop changes that. You'll practice getting down to and up from the floor with control and confidence, and explore movements that make the floor a useful place again. Whether it's playing with grandkids, gardening, or simply knowing you can handle it if you ever need to, this is a skill worth having.
It's more accessible than you think.
All workshops are 10-11:30a @ Journey Through Motion | $30 per person
