Build the foundation for everything that follows. Three one-on-one sessions where you learn the fundamental movement patterns that make real strength possible—proper breathing, bracing, and foundational positions.
This is your introduction to the Journey Through Motion approach: movement practice that's structured, progressive, and builds capability from the ground up. You'll walk away with skills you'll use everyday and in every training session, with a strong foundation for what’s next.
3 session program: $149
Training that meets you where you are. Whether you're active but plateaued despite consistency, or simple tasks have gotten harder than they should be—we have classes ready for your level.
After your assessment, you'll join one of two tracks: Performance (for active adults seeking age-appropriate athletic development) or Functional (for building real-world strength and confidence). Maximum 4 people per class means you get individualized attention while training with others at your capability level. Most clients see meaningful improvements within two months. Small groups. Your level. Structured progression.
2x per week: $275/month
3x per week: $395/month
Completely tailored to you. Private sessions give you programming designed specifically for your goals, your body, and your timeline. My complete focus for the entire session means faster skill development, immediate feedback on every movement, and training that adapts to exactly what you need that day.
Perfect for mastering specific skills, accelerating your progress, or simply preferring dedicated coaching attention. Your goals. Your pace. Your program.
Per session: $90 | Per half session: $60
Strength. Confidence. Independence.
You're not done yet. Not even close.
At Journey Through Motion in Pacific Grove, we help adults over 60 build real strength through structured movement practice. Whether you're maintaining an active lifestyle or reclaiming capabilities you thought were behind you, we meet you where you are.
Small-group training (maximum 4 people) focused on fundamental movement patterns—squatting, hinging, carrying, ground work. This isn't "senior fitness." It's legitimate strength development designed specifically for how your body adapts and recovers.
Challenging, but age-appropriate. Progressive, but sustainable. Structured, but actually enjoyable.
Our clients confidently get up from the floor. Carry what they need without thinking about it. Keep up with grandkids. Stay active in the things they love. Feel capable and confident instead of tentative and afraid.
Because strength isn't just about muscle—it's about taking control of how you age and proving what you're still capable of.

For three decades, I've studied movement as a personal pursuit—how our bodies adapt, strengthen, and maintain capability throughout life.
This lifelong passion has become my life's work. My marketing career taught me how to create value; now I'm applying those skills to build something that reflects my deepest values: Journey Through Motion.
It's where adults over 60 build real strength through structured, progressive movement practice—and take control of how they age. Within two months, most clients are doing things they haven't been able to do in years. That's what happens when you train appropriately for your body.
